A Tribute to a Scrum Legend!

Veteran Springbok prop Steven Kitshoff hung up his boots on Tuesday, 25 February 2025, and while the opposition’s front rows might be relieved, we’re not quite ready to let go. The two-time World Cup winner, Stormers URC champion, and all-round front-row enforcer has scrummed, tackled, and rucked his way into rugby folklore.

So how do we honour a man who’s spent years in the trenches, binding down and battering opponents? With a drink as bold and unshakeable as the man himself: Kitsie’s Spicy Plum Rum!

We’ll continue to admire you off the field, Kitsie—but your dominance in the scrum and unforgettable contributions to the game will always be celebrated. Here’s to a true legend.
