Peach Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 Peach Tea Bag
• 250ml Water boiling
• 183ml Sugar white
• 4-8 Basil Leaves
• 2 Peaches thinly sliced
• 750ml Prosecco (Sparkling Wine)

Method

1. Pop tea bags into water and infuse to make a strong tea
2. Place tea and sugar in a pot and boil to reduce by half and create a simple syrup. Cool.
3. Place 1 Tbsp (15 ml) peach syrup at the bottom of each champagne flute
4. Add 2 peach slices and 1 basil leaf and top with ice cold Prosecco
5. Done
