Over the past 20 years Teresa has built a career in the food industry having obtained a National Diploma in Food and Nutrition and gaining industry experience in recipe and product development, production and retail. She has been writing her food blog, Cupcakes and Couscous, for more than 10 years and currently works as a freelance recipe developer, food photographer and content creator. Her work has been featured in both print and digital media and she has appeared on various television shows as a guest cook. She published her first cookbook, “Cupcakes & Couscous, from my kitchen to yours”, in September 2023.
