Peachy Granola Bars
- Makes 12 bars
Ingredients
- 100 ml double cream plain yoghurt
- 500 ml uncooked oats
- 1 large yellow cling peach, finely chopped
- 125 ml honey
Method
- Line a 20 cm x15 cm baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix the yoghurt, oats, peach, and honey together and spoon into the baking tray.
- Press in firmly using the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and leave to cool.
- Cut into bars.
