Peachy Granola Bars

  • Makes 12 bars

Ingredients

  • 100 ml double cream plain yoghurt
  • 500 ml uncooked oats
  • 1 large yellow cling peach, finely chopped
  • 125 ml honey

Method

  1. Line a 20 cm x15 cm baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mix the yoghurt, oats, peach, and honey together and spoon into the baking tray.
  3. Press in firmly using the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a cooling rack and leave to cool.
  6. Cut into bars.
