Porky Plum Balls

- Makes 12
Ingredients
- 800g pork sausages
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped plums
- 1/2 paprika
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Method
- Remove the meat from the sausage and place it into a bowl with the remaining ingredients and stir well together to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 12 balls, roll each ball into flour, then egg and lastly into the crumbs.
- Chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes before deep frying them in batches till golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper

- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 eggs beaten with 30 ml water
- 1 cup panko crumbs
