A fun, layered snack that combines the sweetness of peaches with creamy yoghurt for a delicious and satisfying treat perfect for a snack or as a lunchbox filler.
Ingredients
A Ripe peach (or nectarine), diced
½ Cup plain yoghurt
2 Tbsp Low sugar granola or muesli
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
Prepare the Fruit: Wash and dice the peach (or nectarine) into bite-sized pieces.
Layer the Parfait: In small mason jars or containers, layer the plain yoghurt and diced peach. Repeat layers if using a larger jar or container.
Add Toppings: Top with a sprinkle of granola and a dash of cinnamon for extra flavour.
Pack for Lunchbox: Seal the jar or container with a lid and refrigerate until ready to enjoy as a sweet snack or pack into the lunchbox.
