Stone Fruit S’mores

Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches or nectarines, cut into thick wedges
- 200 g marshmallows (about 18–20)
- 150g milk or dark chocolate slabs or chunks
- 24 tennis biscuits
- Wooden or metal skewers
Method
- Lightly braai stone fruit wedges over medium heat until warmed through and slightly
caramelized. Set aside. - Thread marshmallows onto skewers and toast over hot coals, turning until golden and
soft. - Assemble s’mores by sandwiching a piece of chocolate, a braaied stone fruit wedge and
a toasted marshmallow between two biscuits. - Press gently and allow chocolate to melt before serving warm.
